Oil Fired Heating
The following specification will apply to all full oil fired central heating systems. All materials used on your installation will satisfy current British standards or European equivalents and the work will comply with the relevant current British Standard Codes of practice and relevant statutory regulations, including OFTEC regulations.
Each system will be designed on an individual basis, tailored to meet the requirements of your home. All systems will be fully pumped and controlled by the latest design in heating controls. This is to give you ease of use combined with more affordable fuel bills.
Boilers will be sized to achieve the specific outputs required. Under the current Government legislation, High Efficency oil condensing boilers must be quoted for and installed. Due care and consideration will be taken with flue terminations as the boilers emit plumes of vapour when operational.
On completion of installation, the boiler will be notified to OFTEC and your Local Building Authority will issue a works notification certificate.
All radiators will be sized to suit each individual room and positioned so as to attain the heat levels required whilst retaining the aesthetics of your property.
